宋霖霈,男,汉族,1988年4月出生,辽宁沈阳人,讲师,中国民主促进会会员,管理学博士,硕士生导师。2023年毕业于韩国嘉泉大学,获博士学位。发表SSCI论文及国际会议论文多篇。承担《员工甄选与招聘》、《员工测评与方法》、《社会心理学》等本科课程。多次指导本科学生在省级、国家级竞赛中获奖。多家人力资源服务有限公司咨询师、培训讲师。
